We are now hiring a Customer Service Representative for our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, careful, reliable, and comfortable being trusted with responsibility.
This is also a strong opportunity for someone who wants a retail-style customer service role without late-night mall hours. We operate regular business hours, not late-night shopping centre closing shifts.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our clients and an important link between the customer and our garment care team.
This is not a passive front desk position. You will be responsible for receiving garments, entering accurate information, noticing details, communicating clearly, and making sure each item starts its care process properly.
A small mistake at the front counter can create a larger issue later, so accuracy matters.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForCustomer Service
- Greet clients in a professional, warm, and calm manner
- Help customers understand garment care options, timelines, and service expectations
- Communicate clearly when a garment requires special handling, extra time, or additional review
- Handle questions and concerns with patience and professionalism
- Support a service experience that feels organized, respectful, and premium
Garment Intake
- Receive garments carefully at drop-off
- Check items for stains, fabric concerns, damage, missing buttons, delicate trims, or special care needs
- Tag garments accurately
- Enter detailed notes into our system so the production team has the information they need
- Pay extra attention to luxury, delicate, sentimental, or high-value garments
Workflow and Coordination
- Manage customer drop-offs and pick-ups accurately
- Process transactions through the POS system
- Communicate clearly with the cleaning, pressing, tailoring, and operations teams
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Keep the front counter clean, organized, and professional
What We’re Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you have experience in:
- Customer service
- Retail
- Hospitality
- Luxury or premium service environments
- Front desk or reception roles
Dry cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. What matters more is your mindset.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and careful

- Comfortable speaking with customers in clear English
- Professional in appearance, tone, and attitude
- Able to follow systems and instructions accurately
- Willing to learn about fabrics, garment care, stains, and service standards
