Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to prospective clients
- Manage merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure the retail space is clean and inviting
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product placement
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via other channels
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales goals and handle multiple customer interactions seamlessly
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred for serving diverse clientele
- Experience in technology sales or retail sales is advantageous, especially involving product demos and technical explanations
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining displays and records
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude and positive phone etiquette
- Proven ability in upselling, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Technical sales experience or experience in product demonstrations is a plus
