Healing Quest Counselling is seeking an Associate Therapist to join our growing private practice in Maple Ridge. We are a trauma-focused counselling clinic with an established referral stream, offering therapy grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, relational, somatic, and neurodivergent-affirming approaches. EMDR training is supported and encouraged.
This position is well suited to new graduates and early-career clinicians looking to build a sustainable private practice with regular referrals, consultation, and mentorship, while developing confidence and clinical depth.
We are looking for someone who:
- Works well independently while valuing collaboration and consultation.
- Enjoys thinking deeply about complex clinical presentations.
- Is open to reflection, feedback, and ongoing professional growth.
- Is comfortable completing comprehensive biopsychosocial-spiritual assessments.
- Has an interest in (or is eager to develop competence in) trauma-informed, attachment-based, relational, somatic, and neurodivergent-affirming practice.
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.
