Position: Casual Invigilator for IELTS and CELPIP Exams
Type: Casual, weekends only as needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the smooth setup and administration of IELTS and CELPIP exams during weekends.
- Provide clear instructions to exam candidates, ensuring a seamless testing experience.
- Monitor exam rooms diligently to uphold a secure and controlled testing environment.
- Address any technical issues promptly, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Strictly adhere to exam security protocols and guidelines.
- Manage the collection, organization, and return of exam materials as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions closely.
- Professionalism and the ability to handle potentially stressful situations with ease.
- Reliability and punctuality are of the utmost importance.
- Prior invigilation or exam administration experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
