Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering expert advice, and creating a relaxing experience
- Educate clients on nail care routines and product recommendations for ongoing maintenance
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
Skills
- Proven experience in nail care techniques such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing services with professionalism and care
- Excellent customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
- Upselling skills to promote additional treatments and retail products effectively
- Retail sales experience is a plus for recommending products that meet client needs
