Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented attitude
- Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately to maximize occupancy
- Maintain detailed records of guest information, billing, and special requests in accordance with hotel policies
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with guest services such as providing local information, booking transportation, or arranging amenities
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines to ensure prompt responses
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse guests effectively are a strong advantage
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential
- Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform administrative tasks accurately during overnight shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach
- Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is desirable
