Our facility promotes overall skin health and wellness through high-quality, professional aesthetic treatments provided by an experienced team of registered nurses and aestheticians operating under the guidance and medical direction of a Nurse Practitioner. We are looking for a spectacular part-time Receptionist who will become the ultimate first point of contact and the warm, welcoming face of our clinic!

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, manage the check-in process, and handle all check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and manage client bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently across both phone and text channels.
- Accept client payments and process transactions in a professional, accurate, and confidential manner.
- Manage patient scheduling, profiles, and clinic workflows using JaneApp software.
- Educate clients on medical-grade skincare products and the premium aesthetic treatments our clinic offers.
- Perform continuous, hands-on clinic care and deep cleaning to strictly meet and maintain Alberta Health Services (AHS) sanitization standards.
- Execute thorough treatment room turnover, flipping and sanitizing rooms between client appointments.
- Manage daily clinic laundry, linen turnover, and overall utility upkeep.
- Ensure the reception, common, and retail areas are completely tidy, presentable, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Bring a positive, proactive attitude to a small team dynamic, taking initiative to anticipate clinic needs.
- Support the clinical nursing staff and Medical Director by performing necessary administrative tasks and general housekeeping duties.
- Go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding, high-touch customer service experience for every patient.
- Perform other daily administrative or operational duties as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of proven clinical reception, spa desk, or premium customer service experience is a strong asset.
- Previous hands-on experience working within a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or dermatology environment is highly preferred.
- Prior experience navigating JaneApp or similar medical/spa booking and EMR systems is considered a major advantage.
- A genuine, active passion for skincare, skin health, and aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a naturally warm demeanor.
- Hard-working and self-motivated with a proven ability to stay on task independently and work collaboratively within a small team.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding clinical organization and strict sanitization standards.
- Flexible availability to accommodate the scheduling needs of a busy, growing clinic.
- Availability to work Saturdays is required for this position.
