Job description
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, web, and internal communications. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating content creation, campaign execution, website updates, brand materials, and reporting, while helping ensure marketing projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Positively and professionally represent Reotech Construction and communicate effectively with the owners, customers, trades, and members of our team;
- Develop and support content strategy to align with marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Create, for management approval, Social Media Posts, Stories, and Reels for all company channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.);
- Conducting visits to our construction sites to collect content; this includes photography and photo editing, and videography;
- Support copywriting and analytics for marketing campaigns such as LinkedIn and Google Ads;
- Support internal communications by creating company content, sharing company news and team achievements, and maintaining team resumes and related materials;
- Ensure all marketing/sales materials are current, consistent, and branded;
- Manage website performance and content through keyword research, SEO updates, content maintenance, and image optimization;
- Assist with industry and audience research and competitor analysis;
- Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, including golf tournaments and related promotional initiatives;
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Post-secondary education in marketing and communications or another related field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
- Creative thinker with a strong visual eye;
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility to support occasional after-hours events;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools;
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives across content, digital advertising, social media, and website management;
- Experience with photography, video editing, SEO and website design is considered an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
