Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation programs from strategy through execution
- Serve as the senior program leader and trusted advisor for executive stakeholders
- Drive strategic roadmap development and platform modernization initiatives
- Provide proactive leadership across ServiceNow operational and transformation workstreams
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Deliver transformation initiatives focused on:
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- SAM (Software Asset Management)
- AMP (Application/Asset Management Platform)
- Guide organizations in transitioning and expanding capabilities toward the Enterprise Architecture (EA) module
- Establish governance, operating models, program controls, and best practices
- Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives
- Manage executive communications, risk mitigation, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement
- Drive adoption, process optimization, and measurable business outcomes
- Provide leadership in platform scalability, integration strategy, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow leadership experience
- Proven experience serving as a Senior Program Leader or Transformation Leader
- Deep expertise across:
- ITOM
- HAM
- SAM
- AMP
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform strategy and enterprise transformation
- Experience helping organizations mature toward or implement Enterprise Architecture (EA) capabilities/modules
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Strategic, proactive, and solution-oriented leadership style
- Experience working with enterprise clients and senior leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications preferred
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models
- Consulting or professional services background strongly preferred
- Experience leading global delivery teams and enterprise-scale implementations
- Strong understanding of IT strategy, operational transformation, and modernization initiatives
Pay: $125.00-$150.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
