Qualifications:
Cridge Family Pharmacy has been serving the Greater Victoria community since 2013.
Our pharmacy is a unique community pharmacy that provides a wide variety of clinical services to patients in the community (retail prescriptions, compounding, nursing services, automated medication dispensing machines, and long-term care). We have an exciting, dynamic practice that is making a difference in our community.

Cridge Family Pharmacy is looking to a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to work with our rapidly expanding team of clinically-oriented professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure to acknowledge customers through eye contact, friendly smile, and assistance.
- Log sales in cash register, process payments as well as bag prescriptions.
- Ensure prescriptions given to patient are correct and complete.
- Handle money transactions properly and record all transactions accurately.
- Maintain and manage over-the-counter drug products, order, and stock adequate inventory.
- Ensure to re-stock prescription stock bottles as directed by the pharmacy manager.
- Support pharmacists as well as pharmacy technicians with pharmacy tasks.
- Typing and refilling prescriptions on pharmacy software
- Answering phone calls and triaging questions or requests from clients
- Maintain competency level to answer patients' questions related to prescription plan advantages.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a pharmacy in BC is required
- Weekend availability is required
- Previous experience with Kroll is preferred
- Reliable and positive team-player
- High attention to detail
- Have a strong grasp of basic math

MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A PHARMACY ASSISTANT IN BC IS REQUIRED
Compensation based on previous experience
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
