Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the camp operations
- Develop and implement camp programs and activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff
- Supervise and train camp staff members
- Maintain a positive and inclusive camp environment
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding camp updates and concerns
- Manage camp budget and expenses
- Coordinate transportation, meals, and accommodations for campers and staff
Experience:
- Previous experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all personalities
- Knowledge of camp safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Experience in program development and implementation
