Job Title: Functional Business Analyst

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support requirements gathering, functional design, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution requirements.
- Support application implementation and business transformation initiatives.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Facilitate requirement review sessions and business workshops.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Develop process documentation and operational procedures.
- Assist with user training and change management initiatives.
- Ensure solutions support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Functional Business Analyst in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience supporting application implementation projects.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and workflow design.
- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with testing and validation activities.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
