Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, including flooring, tile laying, and carpentry. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints effectively. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
- Perform installation hardwood staircase
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various installation tasks.
- Apply caulking and sealants as needed to ensure a finished look and prevent moisture intrusion.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct site assessments to prepare for installations and identify potential challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in carpentry and making hardwood staircase
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to installation tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
