Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our assembling team.
The QC Inspector works closely with the assemblers to ensure the production and manufacturing processes are performed, executing the inspection of equipment and components at various stages of the production process until completion. Performs the final inspection prior to the product being shipped out. Ensures all electrical assemblies, installations and systems comply with the project specifications, standards and codes.
This position is on-site in South Surrey, BC
Key Responsibilities
· Read and follow technical drawings, specifications and work orders,
· Perform inspections throughout the full production cycle including final inspection prior to shipping,
· Verify conformance to engineering drawings, Bill of Materials, etc.,
· Provide feedback to Production and Engineering departments,
· Follow all safety protocols,
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment,
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· High School diploma,
· Mechanical and technical aptitude,
· Previous working experience in a manufacturing and quality environment,
· Experience with electrical assembly, switchgear, etc.,
· Problem solving and analytical ability,
· Strong wok ethic,
· Strong attention to detail, self-driven,
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
