Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paint Protection Film (PPF) and/or Window Tint Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to precision, and a passion for delivering flawless results. This role involves applying PPF and/or window tint to a variety of vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Preparation: Thoroughly clean and prepare vehicle surfaces for PPF or window tint application, including disassembling and reassembling necessary components (e.g., door panels, trim) as required.
- Film Cutting & Application: Accurately cut and apply paint protection film and/or window tint. Should be comfortable bulking, and/or hybrid installing with precut software patterns with extended edges.
- Pattern Design/Modification: Utilize cutting software (Core) to modify or create custom patterns for PPF application, ensuring optimal coverage and fit.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our rigorous quality standards and address any imperfections.
- Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience installing either PPF or Window Tint.
