T&B Electric is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, multitasking, and being part of a fast-paced team.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and coordinate jobs
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and filing
- Support bookkeeping and payroll tasks
- Order supplies and manage office organization
- Communicate with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with computers (QuickBooks, Google Workspace, or similar)
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to multitask and work independently
