We’re growing — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Immigration Case Manager to join our team!
What You’ll Do
As our Immigration Case Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients through every stage of their immigration journey. You will manage a diverse caseload and ensure each application is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end immigration cases — including OINP, PNPs, LMIA, spousal/family sponsorships, and other application types.
- Conducting initial assessments to determine eligibility and developing personalized case strategies for each client.
- Communicating regularly with clients, providing clear updates, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitoring deadlines and reviewing correspondence from government authorities to ensure all applications are submitted accurately and on time.
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and maintaining detailed case files.
- Updating and adjusting case plans as needed to reflect changes in client circumstances or immigration policies.
What We’re Looking For
- ✅ Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Canadian immigration case management, ideally within a consultancy or law firm setting.
- ✅ Expertise: Solid understanding of OINP, PNPs, LMIA, and family sponsorship processes.
- ✅ Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple cases and priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- ✅ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- ✅ Work Ethic: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while meeting deadlines.
- ✅ Integrity: Dedicated to maintaining client confidentiality and delivering exceptional support and service.
