Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, and service requests.
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
- Stay informed about current products, promotions, and company services.
- Assist with order pickups, deliveries, and customer follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
