Job Overview
The Growth & Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing car count and revenue per store across multiple franchise locations in Ontario. This role drives measurable growth through marketing initiatives, partnerships and fleet development and in-store revenue optimization. This is a performance-driven role tied directly to business results. This role works closely with the Operations and drives initiatives through Area Managers and Store Managers and does not directly manage store-level execution.
Core Objectives:
· Increase cars per day across all locations
· Improve average ticket and revenue per car
· Build scalable partnership and fleet channels
· Improve execution of in-store offers and promotions
· Establish clear visibility into marketing performance
Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Duties
Partnerships & Fleet Growth
- Build and manage a pipeline of local partners:
- Repair shops, tire shops, dealerships, fleets, etc.
- Develop referral programs and track performance
- Identify and grow fleet business opportunities
- Work with store and area managers to maintain relationships
Marketing Campaigns & Local Initiatives
- Plan and execute campaigns including:
- Mailers
- Seasonal promotions
- Store-level initiatives
- Test and optimize offers by location
- Identify opportunities to drive traffic outside franchisor programs
In-Store Revenue Optimization
- Develop and test offers to increase average ticket
- Design and implement in-store signage:
- Menu boards
- Promotional signage
- Upsell prompts
- Standardize offers and signage across locations
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure execution
Franchisor Collaboration & Optimization
- Work with franchisor marketing teams and vendors
- Identify opportunities to improve existing programs
- Propose and coordinate new campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure locations are maximizing corporate marketing tools
Retention & Customer Insights
- Analyze customer behavior and return patterns
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat visits
- Provide recommendations to improve email/SMS campaigns
- Track performance of retention efforts
Store Execution & Coordination
- Develop clear rollout plans for all initiatives
- Work through Area Managers and Store Managers to execute
- Provide tools, materials, and guidance for implementation
- Monitor execution and follow up where needed
Reporting & Performance Tracking of Marketing Initiatives
- Campaign performance
- Partnership results
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations
Social Media & Local Presence
- Manage social media presence across locations
- Ensure consistent, simple, and authentic content:
- Customer activity
- Team highlights
- Promotions and offers
- Maintain a basic posting cadence and responsiveness
- Focus on supporting trust and local visibility, not content volume
- Time allocation is limited (approx. 3–5 hours per week)

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role. Candidates should be comfortable being measured on business results, not just marketing activity.

Preferences & Qualifications
Education:
- Post-Secondary Education in business or marketing Preferred / work experience may replace formal education
Work Experience:
- 3 -5 years experience in Marketing or Business Development role
- Experience working in a multi-location, automotive, retail or service-based business is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to contribute to measurable business outcomes (revenue, customer growth, retention) Experience building local marketing campaigns, partnerships/referral programs
- Experience managing social media channels
