Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet office visitors, ensuring they remain in the reception area until announced and approved to proceed.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate employees or voicemail as needed.
- Coordinate the distribution of messages within the office.
- Handle filing and archiving of non-confidential company records.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized front reception/lobby area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls, emails, and in-person customer inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on existing customer orders.
- Prepare purchase, sales, and wholesale orders for customers accurately and efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Outstanding customer service, sales, and telephone communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance and adherence to a neat dress code.
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, basic spreadsheets, and email management.
- Familiarity with operating phone systems and standard office equipment (e.g., fax machines, copiers).
- Ability to monitor and manage corporate and departmental social media channels (training provided).
- Creative skills to produce engaging content (video, audio, and written) for social media platforms.

- Prior experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is a plus.
