We are seeking a professional, articulate telephone appointment setter to support our private wealth advisory practice. Your role is to contact pre-qualified individuals and schedule confidential second-opinion meetings with a licensed financial advisor.
This is not a sales role.
You will not provide advice, discuss investments, or close business.
Your sole responsibility is to book qualified appointments for individuals who have already expressed interest or received an invitation to an educational or second-opinion review.
What You Will Be Doing
- Calling warm and pre-qualified leads
- Introducing a confidential second-opinion review in a professional, non-sales manner
- Booking appointments directly into the advisor’s calendar
- Confirming interest, availability, and basic qualification criteria
- Maintaining accurate call notes and appointment records
- Representing the firm with discretion and professionalism
What You Will NOT Be Doing
- ❌ Selling financial products
- ❌ Discussing performance, returns, or investment recommendations
- ❌ Cold pitching or aggressive telemarketing
- ❌ Overcoming objections using pressure tactics
This role is about clarity, tone, and trust.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or call centre roles (financial services experience is a plus)
- Calm, confident, and professional phone presence
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with professionals and high-net-worth individuals
- Organized, reliable, and respectful of confidentiality
- Able to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
Preferred (but Not Required) Experience
- Financial services, insurance, or professional services background
- Booking appointments for advisors, planners, or consultants
- CRM or calendar scheduling systems
