Finch Collision Centre is expanding! With a brand-new facility up and running, we are excited to add a Fourth Repair Planning team to our operations. We are actively seeking an experienced Auto Collision Repair Planner to lead these teams and help drive our continued success.
Position: Auto Collision Repair Planner - Team Lead
We are currently accepting applications from qualified candidates with a strong background in Collision Repair Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare highly accurate, supplement-free estimates
- Oversee the disassembly process to ensure effective repair planning
- Submit estimates, photographs, and supporting documents in line with insurance company guidelines
- Utilize Audatex and Mitchell estimating platforms
- Coordinate the ordering of all necessary parts
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal team members throughout the repair process
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in collision repair estimating
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High level of computer proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of the collision repair process
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $60,000- $70,000
- Monthly Bonus Structure:
- Based on Gross Profit Generated
