About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a Director of a number of Hospitality businesses. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, and assisting with personal and professional tasks to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Perform research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
Assist with personal errands and tasks, including shopping and event planning.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Manage filing systems and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Some hospitality experience whether in Restaurants or Hotels.
Ability to travel short-term across Western Canada if required.
