Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician & Hairstylist to join our beauty team. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to provide a wide range of skincare, hair, and beauty services in a welcoming environment. You will be responsible for delivering professional treatments, promoting retail products, and ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
Duties
- Perform skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, Threading with attention to sanitation standards.
- Provide professional hair styling services such as cuts, color, blowouts, and styling tailored to client preferences.
- Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and promote salon services and retail products through upselling and product demos.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
- Offer guest services that foster a welcoming atmosphere, including consultation on beauty routines and product recommendations.
- Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and conducting effective upselling strategies.
- Participate in promotional events or demonstrations to showcase new treatments or products.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients to build loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as an Esthetician and/Hairstylist.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments, body waxing, threading, makeup application, hair styling.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a clean working environment.
- Ability to promote retail products through demos and upselling techniques.
- Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
