The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely detail oriented, well organized, resourceful and experienced at troubleshooting and problem-solving, thrives in a fast paced environment, loves a challenge, self-motivated, can demonstrate initiative & creativity. Someone calm, able to prioritize work, manage multiple projects and able to work under pressure.
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour (Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for wage increases following the successful completion of the probationary period)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for commercial signs and printing
- Create Sign Bender Production Files
- Create, update, and maintain WordPress website
- Optimize website graphics, content, functionality, and user experience
- Troubleshoot website issues, including back-end errors and functionality problems
- Maintain website appearance and ensure content meets company standards
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Clearly communicate design concepts, recommendations, and project updates
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Enroute, 3D Printing Slicer
- Knowledge in the set up and operation of 3D Printing, Roland Printer/ UV Printer/ DTF printer, Sign Bending Machine
- Experience with WordPress website development and management
- Knowledge of website troubleshooting and back-end maintenance
- Strong proficiency in a Windows/PC environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and perform well under pressure
