Marketing Assistant
Bring your content creation skills and love for food to Lepp’s Marketing team, contributing to our online social presence & general marketing efforts.
Experience in content creation, paired with a flexible attitude and willingness to learn, will set you up for success in this role. Working in an open office, our team members thrive in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment, while still being able to focus on tasks and support general marketing efforts for Lepp Farm Market, Lepp’s Bakehouse and Lepp Farms.
Performance Expectations
The Lepp’s group, including Lepp Farm Market, Lepp’s Bakehouse and Lepp Farms, is a growing organization, and we are looking for a go-getter with marketing experience ready to jump in with our team!
We are looking for someone to work alongside our Marketing Manager, at an average of 32-40 hours per week (either a PT at 32 hours per week, or FT at 40 hours per week position), with some fluctuation depending on the season. A successful marketing assistant will step into a variety of tasks that could include any of the following: graphic design, photo editing, creating short-form video content, video editing, content scheduling, Google My Business updates, office duties, and general support of our online & in-store marketing efforts.
High attention to detail comes naturally to the person who suits this position, while demonstrating high interpersonal skills able to effectively work with a variety of personalities.
Requirements
- A degree/certificate in marketing is required
- 1 year’s experience in content creation/marketing is preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom, InDesign & Premiere Pro is required
- Proficiency with WordPress and PowerPoint is an asset but not required
