If you like working with your hands, travelling, and being part of a tight-knit crew, keep reading.
At Pro-X Event, we build custom tradeshow booths and event spaces for major brands across North America. Our install team travels city to city bringing those builds to life. One week you could be in Las Vegas, the next in Orlando, Chicago, Montreal, or right here in the GTA.
We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team members who enjoy physical work, travel, problem-solving, and working in fast-paced environments. You do not need years of experience. Some of our best installers came from landscaping, warehouse work, moving companies, construction, and other hands-on jobs. If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and open to travel, we can teach the rest.
No two weeks are the same - and that’s exactly why our team loves it.
What the Job Actually Looks Like:
- Travelling across Canada and the U.S. to install and dismantle custom tradeshow booths and event spaces
- Working with aluminum framing, graphics, furniture, lighting, and display components
- Reading setup drawings and bringing designs to life on the show floor
- Loading/unloading materials and using hand and power tools safely
- Working long but rewarding days with your crew to hit deadlines
- Representing Pro-X professionally on-site with clients and show organizers
- Problem-solving on-site when things change fast (because they always do)
Some weeks you’re local.
Some weeks you’re flying somewhere cool.
No two shows are the same.
