Brockville Ford is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining the appearance of vehicles and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Whether you're starting your automotive career or bringing previous detailing experience, we offer training, support, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Clean, protect, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
Prepare vehicles for inventory display, photography, and customer delivery
Assist with vehicle picture capture and uploads (training provided)
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot and dealership facilities
Move, park, and arrange vehicles to maximize lot efficiency
Assist with tire inventory and storage
Monitor vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and presentation quality
Install and change license plates as required
Complete documentation accurately and on time
Perform customer vehicle detail packages
Assist with snow removal and lot maintenance during winter months
Support other dealership operations as required
Qualifications
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles (manual transmission experience is considered an asset)
Ability to lift, carry, and move light to heavy loads
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
