Cleaning Subcontractors Wanted
A well-established cleaning company servicing Durham Region and the GTA is seeking reliable cleaning subcontractors for detail cleaning services (post construction cleans, move in/out cleans, etc.).
Shifts:
Various daytime shifts available based on client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detail cleaning services for residential and commercial clients in accordance with specific cleaning requirements.
- Assist with janitorial projects as needed.
- Follow company procedures and complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be a registered business or willing to establish one (if subcontracting).
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to uphold service excellence.
- Adaptability to change while maintaining efficiency in job responsibilities.
- Demonstrated competency with technology, including the ability to effectively use a smartphone, company apps, and digital communication tools to complete job tasks, documentation, scheduling, and reporting requirements.
