- you have 3 years of experience as a plasterer
- you mix ingredients to desired consistency
- you are experienced with EIFS
- you apply and level smooth coats of plaster using trowels, floats, brushes and spraying equipment
- you finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat
- you install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim
- you start at $25/hour
