Progistix’s operations are located in major cities across the country, giving our clients efficient and effective access to the Canadian marketplace. We operate out of various provinces such as ON, MB, QC, NS and NFLD, with our Toronto facility being the largest.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment program, including but not limited to:
- The College recruitment program
- All government funded hiring initiatives
- Internal & external Job posting process
- Exit interviews
- Recruitment reporting
- Reporting and analysis
- Facilitate the new employee on-boarding process
- Maintain data and prepare reports related to staffing requirements
- Coordinate employee relations and HR programs
- Provide information to employees to enhance their understanding of benefits, pension, payroll, and other HR policies and procedures
- Workplace shift accommodation administration
- General HR administrative responsibilities, including: employee correspondence, generating reports, HR analytics, and other administrative duties as required
- Dayforce payroll administration
- HRIS employee administration
- Experience working in a unionized workforce, an asset
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Minimum one-year experience in Human Resources
- College or university degree in business, Human Resources, or related field
