We are seeking a result oriented and highly motivated Project Co-Ordinator to help us serve our customers by delivering exceptional projects. Job description
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with our sales team, design department and contractors to execute successful projects for our customers.
- Ensure the final product is designed and installed in a manner that exceeds our customers expectations set at the beginning of the project.
- Communicate project details and intent to customers and internal staff through effective CAD drawings.
- Avoid delays by anticipating and removing potential barriers to progress.
- Review project budgets to ensure profitability and completeness.
- Create and update parts lists and shipping paperwork as required
- Quantity take offs and construction material purchasing.
- Delivering timely updates to management as required.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- A strong drive for efficiency and seeing results.
- Post -Secondary education or equivalent training/experience within the construction industry.
- Ability to adapt to changes and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Agricultural background is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with CAD software is a benefit, but can be taught.
- A hunger for growth and results.
- Valid Driver’s license.
