Taylor Mergui Law Group is among Toronto’s premier multidisciplinary firms, advocating for our valued clients’ fair compensation and wellbeing. We are looking for an experienced Productions Clerk to join our team.
Role And Responsibilities
- Name and file various documents in Filevine on a daily basis;
- Provide all parties with our client’s productions on a regular basis (adjusters/counsel);
- Prepare briefs for case conferences;
- Draft Affidavit of Documents;
- Bind various court documents;
- Preparing undertakings list, following-up on productions and undertakings;
- Assist in preparation for Trial;
- Draft various correspondence on a daily basis to all parties including but not limited to: letters to adjuster, letters to counsel, letters to clients, etc.; and
- Assist Lawyer and assigned law clerk in any other requests as required.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- 1-3 Years experience;
- Law Clerk and/or Paralegal Diploma;
- Experience with PCLaw, Filevine and Monday is considered an asset; and
- Experience working in an office environment is considered an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
