Property Maintenance Inspector – Operations
Role Summary
This role owns the inspection-driven maintenance flow across our portfolio.You will complete move-in inspections, move-out inspections, periodic inspections, and smoke alarm testing.You will fix minor issues on the spot when possible.You will identify larger issues clearly and create accurate work orders in our system the same day.You will help keep properties in strong condition, improve speed of maintenance action, and reduce the need for leadership involvement.
