Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources management and possess excellent communication skills. This role is designed to support ongoing HR initiatives while developing essential skills for a future career in HR.
Duties
- Support talent acquisition activities including sourcing candidates scheduling interviews, and participating in candidate screening processes.
- Contribute to employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate documentation.
- Help coordinate training & development programs, including scheduling sessions and maintaining training records.
- Support employee relations efforts by preparing reports, tracking issues, and assisting with HR sourcing activities.
- Maintain organized records of HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports to support HR projects.
Skills
- Basic understanding of human resources management practices such as recruiting, employee relations, and training & development.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with familiarity with HR software tools.
