Cascade Aqua-Tech is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, and is committed to accuracy and safety. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, and providing friendly, professional customer service when assisting with order pickups or product inquiries.
Key responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
- Pull stock and load materials using forklift and carpet pole
- Verify work orders and determine production or fulfillment sequence
- Perform quality control checks and basic machine maintenance
- Operate hand and power tools (utility knife, tape measure, grinder, reciprocating saw)
- Assist warehouse with weekly cycle counts and mandatory inventory counts completed twice a year
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Assist with light production tasks as required
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
- Ensure professional, courteous, and efficient service
Qualifications & Experience
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset
- Experience with construction, paint, stucco, or building materials is an asset
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks
- Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems is an asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach and the ability to assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email
