We are currently hiring General Labourers for casual, on-call work with a variety of clients throughout the Peterborough area. These positions are ideal for reliable individuals looking for flexible work in different settings, including warehouse, construction, outdoor, and seasonal environments. Successful candidates must be dependable, able to provide availability in advance, and ready to work when shifts become available.
Responsibilities
Duties may vary depending on the client and worksite, but may include:
- Line sorting and general production support
- Assisting on construction sites
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Seasonal labour work
- Site cleanup and basic maintenance tasks
- Following health and safety procedures
- Performing other general labour duties as assigned
Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to provide availability for on-call shifts
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable with physical labour and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
- Must have appropriate work attire, including safety footwear when required

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
