We are currently looking for a part time Office Admin/Customer Service Associate.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phones and emails
- Work directly with the customers and ensure completion of their order
- Assist with invoicing and estimates
- Manage ongoing work orders to reach completion
- Clerical duties
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
- Work as a team player and independently to optimize shop productivity
One year of customer service, retail or sales experience preferred
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- High level of computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Google Sheets knowledge required)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Team player, outgoing, personable
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Can work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to remain calm in difficult or stressful situations
- Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada
Nice to Have Experience with Intuit QuickBooks, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe Photoshop
The position is part-time and will be an average of 20 hours a week, which may fluctuate depending on store demand.
GMP Sportswear store hours
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
