Responsibilities: (This list is comprehensive but not exhaustive)

Report to and take direction from the entire Management team.

Maintain excellent knowledge of venue specifics.

Assist with venue opening and closing procedures.

Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and bar.

Stocking and maintenance of bar supplies.
-
Assisting with table maintenance and service flow.

Uphold a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.

Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries.

General upkeep of work areas.
Qualifications:

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Friendly, energetic, and outgoing attitude.

Proficient in using Point of Sale systems and similar software.

Physically capable of meeting job demands.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Must be open to a flexible schedule.

Must have a Smart Serve Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Compensation:
-
Bi-weekly pay starting at $17.60/hour.

Bi-weekly cash tip-out.
