Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Bilingual (English/French) to support our growing operations in Quebec. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing high-volume recruitment for warehouse and logistics roles.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring strong communication with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for warehouse roles including General Labourers, Forklift Operators, Order Pickers, and Packers
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews in both English and French
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and orientation processes
- Ensure candidates are fully informed about job duties, expectations, and work conditions
- Collaborate with Account Managers to meet staffing requirements
- Respond to urgent client staffing needs with quick turnaround times
- Conduct follow-ups with placed candidates to ensure retention and performance
- Address attendance, performance, or conduct issues proactively
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (warehouse/logistics preferred)
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a staffing agency environment
- Knowledge of Quebec labor laws and hiring practices
- Experience using ATS or recruitment software

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
