Extasy Shops has an opening for a dependable and professional Retail Sales Associate. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility seriously, works independently after training, and contributes to a respectful, reliable, and consistent team environment.
Schedule Requirements
- Flexible availability: mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternating weekends.
Core Duties
- Provide professional and respectful customer service
- Operate POS accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain product displays and overall store presentation
- Assist with stocking new inventory
- Keep the store clean, safe, and organized
- Support window displays, general cleaning, and exterior upkeep as needed
- Follow company procedures and communicate with head office
Required Qualifications
- “Candidates must be the age of majority (18+) as required to work in a retail environment that sells age-restricted products.”
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and accountability
- Comfortable discussing adult wellness products professionally
- Ability to work independently after training
- Basic math skills
- Reliable transportation
- C-PIC certification required
- Retail experience is an asset (training provided)
