Century Audio Visual is looking for a motivated and hands-on AV Installer Helper to join our team for the summer through the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) Program. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in technology, electronics, construction, or audiovisual systems to gain real-world experience working alongside experienced AV professionals.
You will assist with AV installations in boardrooms, meeting spaces, offices, and commercial environments throughout the GTA.

Position Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with installation of TVs, speakers, microphones, cameras, and AV equipment
- Help pull, label, and organize low-voltage cabling
- Support setup and cleanup of job sites and shop areas
- Assist with mounting displays and AV hardware
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Help maintain clean and organized installation vehicles and workspace
- Follow safety procedures and company standards on-site
- Learn basic AV installation techniques and technologies
Qualifications
- Interest in technology, electronics, AV, or construction
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when required
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Previous construction, warehouse, or technical experience is an asset but not required
- Valid driver’s license is considered an asset
