Overview
FOBSEC Security Services is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Security Sales Executive to join our growing team in Calgary.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong business relationships, and driving company growth by promoting our security guard and mobile patrol services to commercial, industrial, construction, retail, residential, and event clients.
This position is offered on an hourly pay structure along with performance-based incentives/commissions for successful business development and client acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase company revenue and market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and market research
- Promote company services including Security Guard Services, Mobile Patrol, Alarm Response, Construction Site Security, Event Security, and Commercial Security Solutions
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and business partners
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through excellent customer service and follow-up
- Collaborate with management and marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools or internal systems
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the company professionally at networking events, business meetings, and industry gatherings
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or security industry sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to build professional relationships and maintain client confidence
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred
- Experience in the security industry is considered an asset but not mandatory
