Responsibilities:
- Open and close the business independently
- Supervise and support employees during shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Ensure smoothies, drinks, and food items are prepared consistently and correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply ordering
- Track waste and assist with inventory control systems
- Train new employees and enforce company standards
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Monitor daily sales and assist with cash handling procedures
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
- Assist with marketing ideas, promotions, and business growth initiatives
- Communicate directly with ownership regarding operations, staffing, and business needs
