Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Life Insurance Advisor to lead and grow a high-performing team of licensed insurance advisors in Ontario. In this leadership role, you will oversee life insurance sales, mentoring, and team development, ensuring compliance and contributing to the growth of our brokerage’s life insurance business. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of licensed life insurance advisors to achieve sales targets
- Set clear performance objectives and track advisor progress
- Provide expert guidance on complex client cases and insurance product recommendations
- Participate in hiring, on boarding, and training new advisors
- Ensure team compliance with industry regulations, licensing, and company policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, business growth, and team performance
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- LLQP License – Required
- 2+ years of experience in life insurance, financial services, or insurance sales
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience with the ability to inspire a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with focus on results, growth, and business development
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of making sound decisions in a dynamic environment
