Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing various mobile devices and computers, including experience with both hardware and software issues. Duties
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, across multiple operating systems such as Android and iOS.
- Troubleshoot software issues on macOS and Windows systems, providing effective solutions to restore functionality.
- Utilize hand tools and schematics to perform hardware repairs on computers and mobile devices.
- Conduct thorough analysis of device malfunctions to determine the root cause of issues.
- Assist customers with retail sales of accessories and related products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools, and repair techniques to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in repairing mobile devices and computers with a strong understanding of operating systems (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows).
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and the ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems quickly and accurately.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the customer service aspect of the role.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
