We are currently hiring Part time night line cook / dishwasher.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepping ingredients (chopping, butchering) and cooking dishes to order, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Station Setup & Management: Stocking stations with necessary supplies before service and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Safety & Sanitation: Adhering to food safety standards, including temperature controls, proper food storage (FIFO), and cleaning.
- Service Execution: Plating food aesthetically, managing timing, and coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient service.
Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Ability to work as a team member
- Follows directions and instructions
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
- Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred
- Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
- Familiar with industry best practices
