Job Summary
As a Customer Service Crew Member at Barburrito, you’ll be the face of the brand—delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service while preparing fresh food to company standards. You’ll work as part of a team to create a welcoming environment and ensure every customer has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Prepare food and drinks following Barburrito recipes and hygiene standards
- Deliver quick, friendly, and efficient service during busy periods
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of the front and back of house, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow health & safety and food safety regulations at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
- Resolve basic customer queries or complaints politely and professionally
