Children First Society is seeking a caring, organized, and community-focused Outreach Coordinator to join our team.
The Outreach Coordinator supports the delivery of quality programs for children and families by coordinating daily operations, developing inclusive activities, supporting staff, and building positive relationships with families and the community.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support Outreach Program activities.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff.
- Create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for children.
- Build strong relationships with families and community partners.
- Support program planning, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, families, or community programs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Early Childhood Education, Child and Youth Care, Social Services, or related experience is an asset.
