Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, high-standard Stucco Crew Foreman . You aren’t just a "stucco guy"—you are a leader who takes pride in the Sage Stone name. You will be responsible for managing on-site production, ensuring our rainscreen and finish details are perfect, and keeping the crew motivated and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the Line: Managing a tight-knit crew of 4
- Quality Control: Oversight of all stucco applications and ensuring high quality.
- Digital Coordination: Using Jobber to track time, log job site notes, and upload photos of progress.
- Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for General Contractors and Homeowners on-site.
- Deadline Management: Pushing the pace without sacrificing safety or quality. You know how to "read the weather" and plan the week accordingly.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Stucco
- Previous experience in a Foreman or Lead Hand role.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (Truck preferred).
- Comfortable using mobile apps for time tracking and reporting (Jobber experience is a plus).
- Must be based in or near Vancouver, BC.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
